BIOGRAPHY OF ATTORNEY
RAUL RAY
Raul Ray has been a licensed California attorney for
over 25 years. He has focused
primarily on Immigration Law. During that time, he has
successfully prepared family petitions, adjustment,
(green card), applications, naturalization applications,
waivers for criminal convictions, unlawful presence,
and fraud and misrepresentation. He has successfully
represented clients nationwide in deportation/removal and bond
hearings particularly in
cases involving serious criminal convictions.
Mr. Ray is a member of the California State Bar Association, and American Immigration
Lawyers’ Association. He is licensed to practice
law in all immigration courts, in U.S. District Court
of Northern California, and the 9th Circuit Court of
Appeals in San Francisco.
